This place has excellent location and surroundings but the rooms could use a little renovation or something. Even “Tulum vibe” doesn’t really help the fact that rooms are looking very old and dusty. Hanger rod for towels in the bathroom falling down etc. other than that its a very good deal and beautiful beach and even kitchen is very delicious.

Anniversary Stay

Our cabin had an excellent view and was right on the beach. Cabin 1. The place is peaceful and I liked that it was sand as we got in all the way to the cabin. I also enjoyed not having a TV. I didn't even notice it until we were leaving. Our goal was to enjoy each others company as we were celebrating our anniversary. I would have enjoyed better water pressure and better control of the hot and cold water. We got the hang of it but the view and location made up for that small detail. Overall I prefer to stay in Tulum vs. Cancun.

I’m giving 2 stars only for location, otherwise very basic one star hotel. Staff friendly but no one speaks English. We didn’t have hot water for three days then we were relocated by Hotels as water was pouring in to the room from the roof for two days and nothing was done by management. They don’t really care, just promising that issues will be fixed… Such a shame as this could be amazing place to stay if there’s someone who can really run the place

Horrible experience! The bed is like sleeping on concrete and no blankets. No cell or WiFi service in the room. There is really bad water electrical and plumbing issues. With all these issues the doors didn’t look either. I purchased 2 room and both had the exact same problems.

The hotel is located next to good restaurants and clubs. It has a nice beach, however the rooms are very rustic... the electricity went out at night and there was none to call (reception is not open 24 hours) until next morning at 10am. The room was extremely hot...

My favorite beach stay! The ability to step outside my door and in 5 steps my toes are in the sand along with the rustic charm of the cabanas made me fall in love with this place. Beautiful breakfast we’re a bonus for sure. Enjoyed everyone we encountered and will be back for sure!
