Such a great location, excellent value, kitchen had everything we need, staff was super helpful. 3 min van to the slopes of 5 min walk. Mountain market near by as well as many places to eat. Pool & hot tub were kept at good temps and working through our stay. Well be back!

It snowed about 2ft during our stay. Hotel provided shovels so we could dig our car out. Hotel clears their snow paths pretty quick. My husband is disabled and the ADA room was all accessible for him. He's in a powerchair. Hotel had a ping pong table which my wife & daughter enjoyed.

We had a great stay at this property. Close to the slopes and frequent shuttle service. Area for snow play in courtyard. Clean apartment. Minor issues: Fridge froze our food and only 1 of the 3 hot tubs was in service.

Poor After Hours Process

I am certain that if you stay and interact with staff during business hours, you will have a wonderful stay. If you have the bad luck of being delayed due to weather, and having a late check in, do not expect good things. I arrived at 2145 only to find the front desk closed with a number posted for after hours check in. I called it multiple times and the line went to voicemail where the inbox was full. I was preparing to sleep in my car for the night (in a snow storm) when an employee walked by to go to one of the janitorial closets. He was able to get me checked in after some time. I am disappointed the front desk staff didnt have the forsight to know there is a pending reservation that has not checked in and called, but even more so that before they left they didnt verify the after hours process was actually working. After I checked out I did call the next day to see if anyone actually answered the after hours number. It worked this time, which is why my review went from 1 star to 3. Still disappointed overall, will likely not return.

Property location was excellent. The property itself is a bit dated though. The rooms are big, clean, and well stocked with amenities. Great place for families (I went solo). My only gripes are that the tv system was down for two days during my three day stay and proximity of the parking spots, if not immediately outside the hotel, were a bit of a walk if bringing a lot of items with you. I also didn't like that I was all the way on the third floor and had to lug everything up (there is an elevator though).

Very outdated and run down

The property is really run down. The 1 bedroom studio was small and appliances were out dated. There was no wifi connection to the tv so cable was only available. There is no onsite covered parking which was a huge minus considering we were there in a snowstorm. Would look at other options in this area.
