Worst hotel we ever stayed at. Rooms were filthy, toilet seat wasn’t attached to base, smoke detector was faulty and they were simply okay saying leave it unplugged. Pillows were flat and they said they had no pillows. The wall had grime all over it. This hotel shouldn’t even be on hotels.com.

Paid for 3 nights in Feb. Tried to check in on 4/9 and was told there were no rooms available. "Sorry, we are overbooked, and it is first come basis." No alternatives were presented or provided. This is unacceptable and we are still trying to get our refund.

Phone was missing buttons as well. Room was not serviced during 2 night stay, had to go to front desk for extra towels and wash cloths.

Metal folding closet doors were taped together, the locks to the front door looked like they were home-repaired with an ill-fitting key hole. Motels have been better kept. Due to the conditions in the room, I did not attempt any breakfast provided in the morning as the general distrust toward the property cleanliness was already piqued.
