Upon check-in, we were informed there were "no towels". I asked if she meant extra and the response was no. No towels at all. Then pointed me to a local dollar store to purchase my own.
Key cards did not work for the door. So a 2nd trip to the desk. The attendant walked us to our room, where all the doors on the floor were needing to be unlocked by hard keys only (she only discovered this as the other people on the floor were not able to open their doors).
Once the door was opened, we discovered the following items were missing/not adequate for the room:
-No blankets
-No towels (previously noted)or cloths of any kind
-Coffee maker, No pot
-No TV
-Refrigerator was warm inside
-No soaps, shampoo, shower curtain, trash can, ice bucket,etc
This is not a working Hotel!
We DID NOT STAY. For obvious reasons, my 3rd trip to the front desk was to get a refund. Not confident in the attendants ability to process a refund correctly. Fingers crossed. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
