The room was very noisy. It was close to elevator and you could hear everybody when walk by. We had many bags and nobody offer any help either during check in or check out. I had another reservation at a week later but decided to cancel.

The last day of our stay we were having dinner at he cafeteria of the hotel when somebody gave my wife her bag which was hanged on the chair saying it felled down. When i got to the room we realized my wallet was stolen. I went to the reception since we had to go to the airport and asked to check the cameras first they said they can not do it without judicial order and then they looked and say they did not see anything abnormal. Than nobody left the hotel even though my credit card was charged in different places around the hotel. This hotel is not safe inside and the way the 2 guys in the reception behaved was very suspicious. I wish I did not have to take a plane and go to the police. I wish somebody could check the cameras between 8 and 11 pm on March 31, 2025. This hotel is not safe. Anyone can get in and out. Not recommended

Definitely away from the action, but the price was affordable. There is a metro station in walking distance. A city bus stops right in front of the hotel and takes you to Puerta del Sol. Parque de El Retiro is about a 30 minutes walk,
