Beautiful grounds but service and stay was ok

Sadly they had numerous issues during my stay from the AC unit being broken on the first night and a long delay in a technician coming to fix it resulting in a sleepless night due to overheating to the room not being cleaned to the overflowing of jacuzzi in the garden area. While the property itself is absolutely gorgeous, these three top issues made our stay unpleasant.

The property is magnificent, full of old world charm and amazing scenery. The staff were all on point and very friendly, going out of their way to be helpful. The hotel grounds are well kept and tastefully landscaped. The lobby could use a refresh in keeping with the hotel aesthetic but by no means an eye sore. The hotel is very near the airport 15 minutes with little to no traffic and a very pleasant drive along the coast or on the easy highways to wards Bridgetown. It is worth the money, I will return.

The Crane is a beautiful resort with friendly and helpful staff, clean surroundings, an amazing view of the coastline and many dining options. The resort is a bit far from the island’s main attractions so plan to either use a rental or taxi service to explore. Safe and reliable transportation options are available at the hotel.

The hotel and room was AMAZING!!! The only complaints I have are to at the pool area is not super private. We had children above us on the balcony and neighbors to the left of us… This made the area not seem so “private”. Also, there were a few bugs that came in the kitchen when we cooked. The last thing was that our room did not have a/c for the first night and only the a/c in the bedroom worked for the remainder of the stay. The property manager did extend a resort credit to us for the inconvenience. Other than that, this was a very nice property. The staff was super friendly and we got complementary rum punch upon checking in!! Will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful premises, professional staff great amenities anything you need is more than likely on the property several stores and restaurants to choose from, if you want to leave the premises, you will need a taxi. There is nothing nearby, including beaches. But great property overall do recommend.
