Worst experience ever!!
One of the worst days I ever been in the first room they gave us was full of cockroaches. The moment we open the door the second room was also filled with weird creatures that we kept finding everywhere even in the bed. It was not clean at all horrible experience. Staff wasn’t helpful at all.

The rooms were older than pictured online. The bathroom had visible water damage. The wifi didn't work even on the hotel tv. The staff checking in wasn't that friendly even when i called to che k if my room was ready. Won't be going back there .

At first glance the hotel looked good and clean however we ran into some issues with our room. I did travel with my two year and mom. The first initial room we were assigned to appeared to be not cleaned properly. The bathroom had hair, dirt as well as a crack/gash in the tub. We let the front desk know and the lady was very understanding and gave us another room to look into to see if it was clean. The second room was better. The hallways were not that clean. Clumps of dust and food was on the floor. Lastly there was one elevator working so it took a little bit longer to get up and down.

The room smelled of Chinese food, the curtain rod was hanging out of the wall, the elevator had sticky food juice from a trash bag drug through the hallway, the light flickered out of control like in a scary movie. The room was tidy but not really cleaned. The shuttle was not running when o got off the plane (picked that place because of the shuttle and reviews) I had to Lyft.
