Lovely modern hotel
Lovely modern hotel, very nice junior suite with sauna, a real relaxing treat after busy days walking and touring the city. Breakfast is a bit busy so worth fairly early check in to book a slot

Wonderful late August stay in Helsinki
Loved the Grand room with King bed but would recommend to tie the separate beds together and use a king bed topper when the customers have specifically booked a king bed. The room was quiet and spacious with a lovely view to the street. Very comfortable and stylish bathroom. Minibar with glasses, safe, kettle, bathrobes and ironing board all great!

Pleasant hotel
This hotel was in a central location. The decor was very slightly tired in places, but overall it was very comfortable. Rooms included some fairly nice basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash), though I was surprised that a body lotion / cream was not included. Overall, it was a pleasant stay

Very good location in Helsinki, excellent restaurants nearby. Breakfast is a bit crowded in the morning, not much so if you go before 8AM. The rooms won’t be cleaned if you don’t request it (hence the eco-friendly politic). Overall very satisfied with my stay.

Loved the room they gave us. We were staying for 5 nights and we got a larger room which was up on the 7th floor so quiet. Breakfast was busy but very good buffet. Excellent cocktails with an in-house do, giving a great vibe. Only downside for the hotel was the size of the gym which was too small for the size of the hotel.

Ok hotel - but not as good they advertise
Shower in room had bad design- water everywhere and oblivious hotel knew about. Reception luggage storage was just a room - on your own responsibility. Fair value for € but what keeps them fixing obvious issue? Also - access to Yrjönkatu rooms was complicated including 2 elevators. Not great with luggage

I especially liked your staff, the most important component. I had a very good experience with Emilia at the reception, when she went beyond the call of duty to help me resolve some thorny booking issues. In the restaurant there was a lovely waitress with short blond hair, who took care of me in a lovely and kind way. Otherswise, the location is great for feeling the beat of the city

Water splashes outside the bathtub when using the shower. That’s the only thing we want you to make it better. Thanks.

Nice location but that’s basically it
This hotel is all about the location. If it wasn’t for that it hasn’t that much to offer
Always a looong queue when checking in - takes ages and ages.
The gym is beyond poor. Would need a bit of a lift up to be honest. Some more equipment etc. Don’t understand why it isn’t open 24/7 either.
Missing info on the things that are served at breakfast. Like is there sugar in the berries?
The natural yoghurt - is it low fat?? Etc etc
Super dark in the room even when all the lights are on
Missing international newspapers at breakfast. Why only Finnish ones?
