This b b was located directly off corso umberto with quick access to all that taormina offers. The breakfast was full and delicious. They do a turn down service daily so if theres something you dont want disturbed i suggest you put it in your luggage.

The service was excellent. The property has amazing history- 300 year old building! Many interesting nooks and crannies. The garden area was just lovely. A great respite from Via Umberto chaos. The breakfast was abundant and good. The two drawbacks were the noise from the busy street until midnight- but there are rooms that don’t suffer that. Ask for one. The second was the Oder in the bathroom. Probably related to the age of the building. But, it was good value. Great location.

You immediately feel this place is special. Lovely refurbished house, turned hotel, with some elements dating back to the 1500's. Charming garden (with a small heated pool). Very impressed, thank you for our stay!

Relais 147 is ideally located in the heart of Taormina. Rohid was available for all of our questions and was quick to address any request we had during our three night stay. We will return and we recommend to anyone visiting Taormina.

The hotel was like a small oasis in the busy Main Street of Corso Umberto. The room was lovely with a small outside seating area. It could be noisy as it is on the Main Street but this did not adversely impact my stay and proximity to bars and restaurants was worth it for me

Amazing stay at Relais 147! What a beautiful place in the perfect location right at the center of Taormina, yet a tranquil oasis all day around even when Corso Umberto was full of vibrant life morning, noon and night. Our host Rohid with family was fantastic in every way in terms of service, recommendations of great restaurants and above all, a very gentle, nice kind and interresting persona. We had the best stay! You can’t find a better location, and it’s surprisingly quiet tucked behind the main strip. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was simple and satisfactory. Rohid went above and beyond many times for us in the 5 days we were there. With travel issues getting into the Catania airport, he was able to schedule a driver for us to the neighboring airports with short notice. They were also extremely accommodating for us as I required fridge storage for breast milk. I was able to text him questions throughout our stay and he suggested some great restaurants for us.

The parking is not that hard. You simply have to park 200 meters away in the city parking garage multi level and no hill. Instructions to that garage would be helpful, it’s 20-25E a day :)

Comfortable room with enough space for most activities. Service depended on who was working. The main guy was excellent and always willing to help. His colleague less so. The colleague told us if he couldn't clean the room at exactly a certain tiime, he wouldn't clean the room. As we were on an international call to Japan, the timiing didn't work with his schedule, so our room wasn't cleaned that day.

The property is placed right in the center of the town. Host was also there for us and helped with what was needed. The terrace is beautiful and despite the photos not showing it, the property is on the main street crossing taormina, which isnvery convenient. I highly recommend this property.
