The hotel was nice and clean and great for a stay near the Atlanta airport. However, the airport shuttle driver was extremely rude when calling me to tell me where to go at the airport when picking us up and in every interaction we had. When he called me to pick me up at the airport, he said he will be there in 10 minutes then he hung up on me and showed up in 20 minutes. I called him while I was waiting to make sure he was on his way and he did not pick up. The second time I called he did answer and told me that he was there. I told him he was not because I was there and he wasn’t and then he told me that he would be there in 30 seconds and hung up. The hotel would get five stars from me if it weren’t for the airport shuttle driver.

Manager gave me a quiet room in the corner at the top floor upon request. Took awhile for the water to get hot in shower. Tub had cigarette burn marks. Has community microwaves on each floor. View was of a school bus graveyard. But overall, no issues, bed was comfortable and I really wanted peace and quiet and got it.

The elevator and hallway smelled like Mary Jane. Once the food was gone for breakfast there were no restocking so if you weren't an early bird you get no worm. The toilet constantly ran due to aome plumbing issues. Expedia labeled this hotel with a pool but the pool is closed.The room was clean and smelled good. The staff were friendly and professional. The location was convenient.
