Staffs are great. We love the sauna, pool and jacuzzi. I wish the replenished some of the toiletries that were used up like the cotton pads. There were no slippers provided.

A wonderfully pleasant stay
All in all, a great place to stay in Seattle. Convenient freeway access, courteous staff, a prompt check in experience with great in-room amenities. The restaurant on site is a welcome addition. My only gripe during our stay was that it took 15 minutes to get someone on the phone to retrieve my vehicle from valet. That’s a first world problem in my book.
