One of the warmest welcomes we’ve ever had We spent a weekend in Valencia and chose Hotel Cosmo mainly for its perfect central location—but it turned out to be so much more than that. We arrived early to explore the city, and the welcome at the front desk was just amazing. The staff (especially Celia!) were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us. They arranged a tuk-tuk tour, booked a great restaurant, and gave us all the insider tips—all while we enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee. We’ve stayed in many hotels, even high-end ones, but we’ve honestly never experienced service like this. Our room was spotless and stylish, and the rooftop terrace was the perfect spot to chill in the shade and take in the city views. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!
