Checked into Room 236 to discover a bedbug. The front desk attendant, Hannah, was really nice about it, confirmed it was a bedbug, and returned my deposit. However, Hotels.com is now delaying my refund because the OYO is not returning their calls. This spot is very affordable, and allowed my dog, but check for bedbugs first. Especially #236!!!

Dirty as hell, ciggarette burn holes in blankets, brown ass spotted sheets, they give you used shower towels, all rooms have bed bugs, no toilet paper, no remotes, can hear ever other guest around you having sex and yelling and screaming and slamming their room doors! $100 CASH deposit mandatory. I still feel dirty. The roaches "bed bugs"get like some nightmareish horror flick. And if smellavision was a thing sewage fumes were coming from the drains. DO NOT PRE PAY FOR YOUR STAY! You will not get refunded when you want to escape. Stuff was falling from celling I think plaster (hopefully). Went to put my clothes away and there it was... a crack pipe at least it looked like one from the old say no to drugs textbook from school. I should've done more research before i prepaid.
