My family was there over the weekend to go to Seaworld. Everything about the room was good. Your breakfast should be included in the stay and the self parking should not have a charge. Next time we go to Orlando we plan on getting a hotel closer. Thank you.

I am very disappointed that the advertisement stated complimentary breakfast, which was why I booked it, and then we get there and realize it's a huge parking fee and food for breakfast was charged. Like I already said, I had workers changing and light fixtures, not light bulbs for an hour at a time in my room we couldn’t get in or out of the parking garage every single solitary time we came in or out we had to call because it was broken and the toilet flushed maybe one out of every four times we pushed it the bathtub plunger completely fell out and was in the middle of the bathtub. We actually love the place in the people there, this is the worst experience we’ve ever had in a hotel and we are in Florida every two weeks.

Rose is a star…

Rose at the front desk made my day. My keys to my room wouldn’t work, she stepped right into action and took care of me, she was also very informative about all the amenities in the community. I asked her about my status and she took time to walk through a few things with me when I came back from dinner…she was the best… with an employee like her I’ll definitely return
