Great stay
2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Great staff, bad hotel.
Pool was closed by the city, tv’s would crackle and have white noise while we watched, and the hotel as a whole seemed to be in dire need of an update; no fault of the staff, who seemed very kind and courteous.

an 80 year old and two teens!
It was very good. Bathroom, is too small. and carpets need to be replaced. But the personnel and breakfast were exceptional!!!! The boys loved it. Would go back again.

We love staying at this hotel, the staff is so friendly the rooms may be dated but they're clean.

It worked
Stayed in a suite. The ac didn’t work properly which made the room warm. The drain in the shower was very slow, it was like taking a bath. There was mold in the room by the window where there was clearly water damage. The pool was clean and hot tub was hot. Staff were friendly. This place needs an update and maintenance.

Late Valentines Date getaway
It was a late Valentines date with me love. She was very surprised at it everything. The only issues was the television in the bedroom didn't work. But for us it was ok, because we don't do alot of television watching. The room was nice and clean, and well put together. Breakfast was nice and hot. We enjoyed out stay.

Nice but smelt
It smelt like weed everywhere, not something we enjoyed much at all. Parking was sketchy and they have had a lot of vandalism and told us to not leave valuables in the car.

2/10 Poor

Old and run down
The hotel is very old and is showing its age. The furniture was all chipped. The room smelled faintly of “skunk cabbage.” I have mold allergies and woke up so stuffed up I had to take a shower to steam out my sinuses to breathe. The I noticed there was no hair dryer in the room. I tried to call the front desk from the room phone and it said the number was no longer in service. The breakfast was super busy and everything was constantly out. Worst Embassy Suites I’ve ever stayed in.

TLC needed
Staff was awesome, all around. Room 1103 needs a little TLC black mold on the ceiling and my daughter tripped on the carpet, which is very worn. Stains on all furniture and the bathroom fan doesn’t work.

If the pool & hot tub aren't open, and your search criteria doesn't show you any hotels without those 2 things, that amenity option should be removed from the property. No way I would stay at this hotel without that option, and never again now even if that option is available. Old, outdated, leaks in the sinks and water damage on ceilings, and stains on the bathroom walls. And the entire place smells of pool chemicals, which just adds insult to injury. With a renovation and updates it could be nice again, but it's almost too late for that.

Staff was great, rooms are nice but temperatures were hard to reglate, bathroom is small ,nice breakfast, complimentary drinks nice. Things to do close by. Would stay again. Clean and accomadating

Carpet bad
Breakfast was excellent. The pool was lots of fun except not the warmest. But room needed much repair. The carpet was old and my kids hurt their feet on the spikes coming thru the carpet.

Shower took awhile to get hot. Jets didn’t work on hot tub. Everything else was great!

8/10 Very good

The front desk staff were super kind and helpful throughout our stay as well as the bussing staff throughout our breakfast! I wish the hotel itself would get with the times, it’s in desperate need of an update and facelift.

Needs work
While they had been sold out the night before, they didn't do a thorough job cleaning the room. The hot tub was closed, our bathroom door was off its hinges, someone had flushed a bar of soap down the toilet, and we didn't have any bath towels stocked in our room. Other little things like broken elevator buttons, rips in carpet, and chipped walls didn't add to the space.

It was a great stay. Comfy and the perfect location. Our only complaints were the bathtub didn't drain well and the breakfast buffet ran out of food

Pricy but nice
Nice hotel with good breakfast. Very pricy though. Additional $25 to park a car.

Staff-YES! Beds-MEH!
The food and the staff were amazing, but the beds are extremely uncomfortable. They were far too soft, where I woke up with a raging, headache and back pain. Then, trying to share a bed where it is so worn out that I was constantly being slid into the middle of the bed. Overall, I would say three out of five stars.
2-night trip

8/10 Very good

they can clean the pools and hot tub often and the lady at the front was rude to me. I love the complementary items though my kids enjoyed it.
Marsheanna, 2-night trip

Bummed
Tub and sink faucet had a ready stream that could be be shut off. Drawer on dresser would not stay closed and was always wide open. Pool was closed all week.

Disappointing stay
The heat wasn’t working in our room and it got down to 54 degrees. The tub faucet had a stream of water that constantly ran causing the whole bathroom to stay wet. The bathroom sink didn’t run and there was a light out by the bed. Maintenance was able to get the heat running later in the day and he was able to fix the sink and light but the water running in the tub never stopped. The pool and hot tub weren’t available off and on during our stay. The air hockey table broke down while we were there. Most of the staff was very friendly (we only ran into one bartender that was rude). We paid for parking but one night there were no spots available and we had to park in a back access way.
