Great location, good size family rooms, but overall property it older and needs to be updated. For example TV's some time work and sometimes nkt. A/C in the rooms don't really work.

I really liked this hotel, especially the design—it’s unique and has a cool California or Mexican-inspired vibe. The staff were nice and helpful, which I appreciated. That said, the room we stayed in had a weird smell, kind of like mold or paint, which wasn’t great. The service was okay but could definitely be better. I also think management should focus more on cleanliness and keeping the hotel in good shape. With a few improvements, this place could be amazing.

The staff was friendly and got us checked in quickly. There was one minor disappointment, we were unable to get more blankets from the front desk cause no one was there for quite a while. Also, the phone in our room did not work, it was unable to call the front desk.

Nasty Hotel
Filthy hotel. Nothing is as advertised. The pool doesn't work,the phones don't work,there's no functioning outlets in the bathroom,no breakfast as advertised and there's bed bugs and roaches. Super rude employee!! My baby crawled for one minute and her knees were filthy. Just don't stay here ever!!

Horrible stay!
It was so dirty, one room had a broken sink and tv the other had rips in the sofa sleeper and the tolit didn't work. They give you 2 towels for a room with 6 people and not even a third of a roll of tolit paper in both rooms.

DONT STAY Keep Your Family Safe
This hotels room door do not shut! The phone has no buttons. They do not have any maintenance available to help with the door or any other issue. The staff is extremely rude, including the manager. We checked out within 2hours of checking in for the safety of our children.

The room was big , bed very comfortable, room was very clean when we arrive. we stay 4 days and we never get a room clean! I have to go to the lobby and ask for a toilet paper and a towel .. they really need to hire maids . Thats unacceptable.

It’s ok.
Booked a small weekend vacation to go to Disneyland. The room was ok. The wooden blinder were broken in the front and sliding glass door in the suite was quite dirty and only partially functional. Room service was dismal. We made several requests for housekeeping to touch up the room while we’re were away and that never happened.

It’s a very cute hotel. Felt safe and so many places to eat and to shop around. Everything is walkable. Great location. Quiet and Calm. The hotel had a hacienda vibe to it. Staff seemed ready to assist. Would come back.

Knott's Ferry Farm
Restroom was unavailable near the reception area. Kids almost didn't made it to the room in time. Asked for someone to come and checked TV, and for more towels, which didn't get. Customer service is non existing and person was pretty rude. Room outdated. But for the price and only 2 nights there, it was ok.
