Loved the location! Check in was smooth and easy and i was even helped over the phone before arriving because we were coming in late and wanted to have somewhere to go once we arrived instead of waiting until check in. Breakfast was ok.

Great Staff - Challenging Hotel Condition
The staff here are pretty awesome, and go above an beyond.. The hotel is challenging (I had to change rooms 3 times because of malfunctioning toilets and AC units.. And this is where the great front staff made nothing a problem.. The hotel is in transition of being renovated I believe, there are a lot of issues they need to sort out and help make the great staff's job a little less stressful :)

In town to watch baseball, hotel room was nice. Front desk ladies acted like they didn’t want to be there. Service was lacking. Bar was small and never open. Breakfast was mid. Frozen food heated up in microwave. I like to stay at Hyatt place and this location is definitely under par.

Good service, clean but needs work
We had a comfortable bed with nice bedding. Whole hotel looked, felt and smelled clean. Service was very good! Location and amenities were just what we wanted. Price was good! Breakfast was ok. All that being said, we had to switch rooms because of faulty equipment and the second room also had issues. We made it work. Could really use better plugs by the bed. There is construction outside so the driveway is partially blocked and the parking seems risky (though we had no problem). The enitre hotel really needs updating. Dinner at the Cheesecake Bistro across the street was fantastic!

Lipstick on a Pig.
We were in town for a baseball tournament. We checked in and headed to the ballfield. After a full day of watching my son play in the rain, we get back to the hotel around 11 PM. It’s warm in the room so I go to turn on the unit below the window - no power. No maintenance. No open rooms. Luckily, my boy was so tired that he was able to sleep. I wasn’t so lucky. This place is absolutely a lipstick pig.

Me and my husband decided spur of the moment to book with the Hyatt Hotel. Based off of experiences I had with my family growing up,I was excited and sure that my stay with my newly-wed husband would be much better than it actually was! We booked a king size bed with bath and shower. Only to get to our room where none of the outlets worked, our bed had tiny hairs coiled in the sheets, the TV didn’t work, and neither did the dirty refrigerator. We were moved to another room and give two rock hard full sized beds (that could not be pushed together) and told that this was all they could do for the night. I was definitely disappointed

The staff at this property is wonderful! The manager Tiffany is so knowledgeable and personable she really went out of her way to make sure that our stay at the hotel was the best. In addition, her front desk staff Becky, Q and Rhetta were all super friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed one night because that was the orignal plan, the hotel was a little dated but aside from that the staff was nice the shower toiletries were great and the towel were our favorite we've ever used! I'm glad we stayed, I think the cleanliness is a matter of a lack of renovation which is not the staffs fault.
