Nydelig hotell med første klasses service på alle områder. Gode senger, nydelig sengetøy, stille og fredelig. Blide og hyggelige ansatte. Fikk til og med møte hotellets eier Odd Reitan, og fotografert han og kona på hennes 70 års dag. Meget blid og hyggelig hotelleier som virkelig har gjort Britannia hotell til absolutt det fineste hotellet i Norge. Vi har bodd på diverse hotell i Norge, Norden og utlandet for øvrig, men aldri opplevd tilsvarende god service og utmerket kundebehandling. Selv om prisen er litt høyere en vanlig hotellovernatting, så vil begge påstå at servicen og opplevelsen er minne for livet. Absolutt og anbefale!
