We had a good stay overall. We stayed here because it is dog friendly ($46 fee per stay) and its location. The hotel was quite with ample parking. Sorry to say it wasn’t that clean, and the bed linens were too small for the bed, so they kept popping off the mattress. The staff was nice.

We had a very nice overnight stay at Heritage Place. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and the bed comfortable. We will stay here again.

Worth the Price, comfortable and clean bedding.

This is an old Courtyard hotel, it still has the feel but not all the extras. For the price it was worth it, the rooms were clean, the bed felt safe. The location was perfect for me and I might stay again in the area. The treadmills worked and I was pleased to use the exercise room. No breakfast but a Denny’s across the street.

My stay was not what I expected. I came from Louisiana with friends for the weekend . Even though I enjoyed my stay because of the festivities we did. I was disappointed in my stay. They have that they offer breakfast, no breakfast. Not even as much so some coffee. For the price I paid, at least it could have been coffee 😩

Great Experience!

My boyfriend and I came down to Houston for my father’s wedding. We were a little skeptical about staying in a hotel because we had an extremely bad experience at a different hotel. However, after staying at this hotel. We were very pleased! When we arrived, the front desk lady was so sweet. Checking in was very easy. When we went to check our room it wasn’t very modern, more on the older side but very clean and comfortable! It was so peaceful and security drove around throughout the night to make sure vehicles were safe. We even decided to extend one more day, it was such a good peaceful experience. I would 100% recommend.
