Hotel is in a great location. Looks to be in the process of updating the lobby area. Rooms were comfortable and clean but not particularly spacious or modern. WiFi worked fine. Did not try the breakfast buffet but looked good. Opted for the Snow City Cafe which is an easy walk. Very friendly staff.

Our initial room, 611, was immediately next to the elevators and extremely noisy. A complaint moved us to 312, across from the elevators - slightly better but still audible. We were told at reception that there were no other rooms available as the hotel was full - this proved to be a lie as our travel companions, who also had a noise complaint, were upgraded to a superior room away from the elevators and A/C. Will never stay at that property again.

We stayed for The 90th Fur Rondy Hilton Top of the World Party. I would definitely attend again. Next time I think we’ll do two days to get in on the festivities before. Emerson was extremely helpful coordinating our adjoining rooms for a family of nine! Parking was tricky but doable for that busy of a time the hotel Was sold out along with the event.
