Location is really nice, walking distance to Shinjuku station. But since it is in the Kabukicho are, it’s noisy in midnight, especially if you live in the lower floor. (We stayed at the 3rd floor)

The room is small like most Japanese hotel rooms, but it’s convenient, especially since your luggage fits under the bed.
