Room it's big and spacious the balcony ads a plus but they don't have a fridge on the room and no iron, no hair dryer, and don't have a safe, the phone doesn't work at all and i reported the issue like 3 times.. i have to say that the restaurant staf was so nice wen i ask for ice,

Comfortable and Great Value for your Money

The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony and view of the creek. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I have stayed at Borda Hotel several times in the last couple of years, However the room I recently stay in is at the top of the building and close to the elevator which was quiet, but the bathroom vent was close to some fans on the roof that sometimes were a little noisy. Also, there was limited hot water. Other than that, it is a great place to stay, great value for your money, I'll definitely stay there for my next trip to Cuernavaca

El hotel es cumplidor, nada que me haya hecho querer volver. Siento que puede mejorar en muchos aspectos y no incluye nada sustancial para que tengas una buena estancia, las camas no están mal, pero no hay una televisión que se ajuste a las condiciones necesarias para que te sientas cómodo. Los baños están más o menos, un poco descuidados.

Baños apestosos

Mis dos habitaciones en pisos diferentes olian horrible, afortunadamente tienen balcon y con eso se podia ventilar un poco, el olor salia de los baños aunque específicamente nunca encontre la fuente directa, no te dan control para los climas asi que estan a una temperatura y no puedes moverla conforme tus necesidades, hay que dejar las llaves del vehiculo en recepción si no quieres levantarte temprano a moverlo por si es que llega a estorbar ya que tienen carros pensionados y no te quieren dar ningún recibo por las llaves donde ellos se hagan responsables de lo que pase con el vehiculo. Puntos buenos, habitaciones super amplias, balcón, personal amable, ubicacion, el restaurante se ve bien aunque no consumimos alimentos ni ingresamos a la alberca

Pésima recepción

El registro fue muy tardado porqué no reconocían el pago de la habitación, la querían cobrar cuando ya estaba pagada, tuve que mostrar el recibo de pago para que lo aceptaran. Eso no me gustó y es primera vez que me pasa y ojalá sea la última, no sé si es problema de la aplicación o del hotel

Bonito y cómodo pero….

La habitación con jacuzzi no contaba con alguna vista, está toda cerrada y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la limpieza muy bien, está cómodo y las instalaciones están bonitas, escogería otro tipo de habitación.
