Terrific location -- very safe, walkable to public transportation and many good restaurants and sites. The rooms are basic and a bit dated. No frills, but our purpose was to have a safe place to sleep in a good neighborhood and this most definitely met that goal. Excellent value!

Bed had alot of stains on the pillows/covers, Toilet leaked everytime you flushed and the door to the toilet locks if you close it so you have to go down to reception everytime to get it unlocked luckily noone was in there when it shut as you could easily get locked in!

Room was a nice size and clean within reason, very basic no coffee maker, kettle, iron, fridge or toilet paper which I adjusted to But my biggest complaint is I was stuck in the elevator over an hour in the extreme heat with my daughter which was terrifying as the alarm in the elevator didn’t work I had to bang on the door I called the hotel and the guy hung up on me then didn’t answer when I tried calling again, they didn’t even pick up for hotels.com when I called them to contact the hotel. I just had to keep banging for help it was a nightmare. I booked the next flight home and left.

Do not stay here. They had square cute outs in the bathroom that you could lift up and access the attic. I asked to be transferred to another room and they said no. I also got bit up badly by bed bugs on my arms and legs. I woke up from The bites and saw bugs once I pulled the covers back. I only stayed one night and was not given any refund. DO NOT stay here

Mal!!! Primera habitación 305 se inundó, tenían fuga en algún lugar del baño, nos cambian enfrente y amanecimos picadas de chinches!!! Y según tienen su certificado en lobby de que recientemente fumigaron. Les había dado 5 estrellas, porque noté un cambio la vez pasada pero esta vez si se pasaron. Mi estancia en el hotel es una necesidad ya que a la vuelta está la clínica a la que voy cada mes. Pero cada vez me sorprenden con algo nuevo. Muy mal!!! Ojalá alguien tuviera ña decencia de atender estas situaciones.

O hotel é muito bom e possui uma localização excelente, facilitando o acesso aos principais pontos da cidade. Minha experiência foi bastante positiva. O atendimento, embora um pouco formal e reservado, foi eficiente e atendeu bem as minhas necessidades. Recomendo para quem busca praticidade e uma boa localização.

De las 10 habitaciones que rentamos en una de las camas tenían chinches y le picaron a una persona de mi grupo .

Lamentable porque me he quedado varias veces sin problemas pero esta vez me picaron chinches, me cambiaron de cuarto rápidamente pero ya no me sentí agusto, y después ya no hicieron servicio de limpieza en mi habitación, ni siquiera me llevaron agua cuando la pedí, muy triste, los chicos de recepción fueron "amables" al cambiarme de cuarto y sé que no es su culpa lo ocurrido, pero me pareció muy grave.
