Good location friendly staffs
Very friendly staffs, I would like to commend Anna for making us feel welcome to the hotel after a long trip. Has a water machine at each level so you don’t have to drink toilet water which is a big plus for me. Location is excellent, within 5 mins walk from arlanda express station.

Would recommend and stay again
Short stopover during family vacation in Stockholm. Convenient, walkable location with lots of shops and amenities. Quick access to Central Station. Beautiful design in hotel and room. Quiet, comfortable for our family of four. Lovely breakfast with lots of variety and allergy-friendly, healthy options. Staff at welcome center were very kind and helpful. Spa was refreshing after a long day of walking and exploration. Would visit again and highly recommend.

Great location
The hotel is very conveniently located, right next to the central station, and there are many different restaurants nearby. However, the room windows are very close to the road, making it quite noisy. Housekeeping service was average, as the staff did not replace our towels during cleaning.

We were three girls in a family room without any issues! The air conditioning was very good, the customer service was fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent. We all cared about having a high standard in the hotel room since we were sharing, and it definitely met our expectations. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the service was quick whenever we needed something or had any questions!

Amazing stay!!
Amazing stay!! Location was next to main station which was an advantage. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Only main problem was the drainage not really good.. took a long time for the water to go down. Last day of our stay lights suddenly went off and no maintenance on site. Reception gave us free breakfast as a compensation which was great. Breakfast food was nice and a lot of selection to choose as well. Definitely one of the hotel I recommended due to its location.

Great stay!
Lovely hotel, nice stay and great staff! The Friday / Saturday nights there was loud music throughout the night but not too sure where it was coming from. Was a bit annoying in the but then wasn’t an issue in the night. Spa/gym facilities were lovely and easy to use, staff super helpful when asking about it and giving robes/slippers. It’s in a great location for the city and was really easy to find - great value!

Good solid hotel
Nice hotel, could go again. Some things didn't make sense, or were difficult. Figuring out parking was a hassle, but once done, worked fine. I was able to charge my car, too. We had some small trouble with keys, but it was all sorted. Bed were firm and nice, room was clean. If you book the breakfast, book it up front when making the reservation; it was very expensive to buy it at the hotel.

Great hotel, super service
The best thing about this hotel is the super friendly staff at reception who were lovely and very helpful. It was a little disappointing as a Hotels.com Platinum member that I was not offered a room upgrade even though my friends in other rooms were offered an upgrade when they checked in before and after me. However, I had dropped a debit card in reception and as soon as got to my room they called me to notify me. This was great service. We were also able to have a late checkout with no trouble which a nice touch. The rooms were overall very nice, though we had booked a Superior room which I found quite small for a Radisson, especially compared to the super large standard rooms at the Radisson Blu in Gothenburg. However, the room was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed and the room was cleaned when requested. We did not have breakfast included but we did have dinner at the Stockholm Fisk restaurant which is attached to the hotel, it was a little pricey but we received 10% off by becoming a Radisson member and the food was absolutely fantastic. Overall a great stay!

Poor service
We had a few instances of very bad service and one very nice touch - but left overall a very bad taste. Most of the staff didn’t feel to care and had the attitude that they do the bare minimum. Only exception was when we were first greeted and checked in - we had balloons in the room For my girlfriend’s birthday. Otherwise it was a disaster - didn’t read the small print and to use the pool you have to pay 20 euro. The room service didn’t do their job in cleaning and even when asked was not enthusiastic to help. Later we noticed even the soap had run out without being restocked, etc. Night guard wanted to check everyone’s keycard, we often use only one. Couldn’t let friends even visit the room. There are a lot better options at the same price point or even lower.

Breakfast below standards
Hotel excellent. I remove a star for the breakfast : the scrambled eggs are fake, taste fake, really something so basic and important in a hotel breakfast, but here made out of powder it seems. Really gross, impossible to understand knowing this is not exactly a guesthouse in some lost jungle but a leading hotel in a major european capital city - with the price tag attached. Come on Radisson you can - and should do, so much better.
