This stay was absolutely terrible. The bed smelled like urine. My husband and I checked the bathroom and there were no bath towels available, so we had to go purchase our own. Lastly, the tub was terrible. It was not clean, and the shower lining was dirty and wet when we arrived. Thank God we had family in this area, otherwise, we wouldn’t have been able to shower.

Hotels.com booked me a room at this over booked hotel. I checked in online and everything. When I got there the front desk lady said we don't have anymore room we over booked. I asked why was I asked to check in early she said I don't know but you need to call whomever you booked through and ask them for a refund. She wouldn't even check the system to see what was going on. When Hotels.com tried to call she didn't even answer the phone.

When I got into the room there wasn’t any toilet paper. There wasn’t any towels in the room either. I had to go to the front desk and ask for both. The mattress was a little uncomfortable too.

I got there to check in at 1645 (Check-in is 1500). They gave me my room, got to the room and it was dirty. It had not been cleaned yet. I go back to the front desk to inform management. The manager on duty was very rude to me in front of a line of other guests checking in and said the room would be clean in 20 minutes or so. He was short handed and if i didnt like it, I could leave and he would reimburse me my money. This is Memorial Day weekend so tjere were no other places to go. I had no chose but to stay. They didnt offer me anything for my inconvenience. When i checked out o spoke to the manager on duty and was told someone would get back to me. Never heard back from them. If i could i would give them a negative rating.

No room key someone had to let us in anytime we left. Power went out for about 45 minutes only at the hotel not the area. No shampoos or soap just an empty bottle. No cups or coffee by the coffee pot.

If you have the option to go somewhere else, I would avoid a stay at this hotel. All room interiors are outdated. Room service will not come by and clean regularly, and if they do, they won't do a good job. Also won't even replace essentials like towels and toilet paper. No towels or wash rags in room. Headboard falling off the wall and no keys to enter your room had to have someone from front desk go open the door. One of the worst hotel experiences ever. Missing a pillow on the second bed and when I checked in they lost power to the entire hotel with no storms.
