위치도 너무 좋고, 청결함, 방 크기, 가구 수준 모두 훌륭합니다. 그런데, 카운터 분들이 영어가 좀 미숙하시고, 특히 체크아웃때 30분정도 기다리게 되었습니다. 상황을 보니 매번 일어나는 불필요한 대기인것 같은데, 체크아웃 속도를 높일 방법을 찾는것이 좋을것 같습니다. 손님들 다들 빡쳐있는데, 느릿느릿 서류처리는 분통터질수밖에 없죠
