The room that we were assigned originally had a few issues. They immediately reassigned a new room. The people there are very considerate and professional! Cons: -clearly undergoing renovations -hallway smelled like cannabis -room’s peephole had toilet paper stuffed in it -room had numerous stains throughout and wasn’t particularly clean in general Pros: -location was near my job site, room was decent enough to rest in during my downtime -shower was hot; water pressure was good enough -checkout was quick and simple -staff left me alone

Bad from the start.
What a poor representation of the La Quinta brand. The desk prrson was not inviting or nice, just said i need to see your ID and card. The whole place was unkept with paint chipped off the walls everywhere. I was concerned the room door was not sufficient so i took my belongings with me for the evening instead of leaving them in the room. You could see the door wasn't secure. The toilet needed 2 flushes to do the job. The "breakfast "... what a joke. Eggs and make your own waffle. That's about it. My partner told me to leave and find another hotel but it was late and i was tired. Probably not going to be staying at a La Quinta again. I'll pay a little more and stay comfortably.
