Location was fantastic, perched above the city, the architecture and ambiance, the staff was consistantly helpful and friendly, the cuisine for breakfast and dinner was 5 star, very enjoyable experience! Proximity to T-bahn made for an easy trip to town central!

Room was not cleaned at all. Even if we talked to receiption it was still in the same condition. Only towles have been replaced. If this were improved, it could be rated 4 or 5 stars. Quiet rooms, good location. It's important to realize that this hotel has several hundred rooms and is therefore always full.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with the most amazing views of Oslo. A bit out of the way but there is a train within walking distance that gets you into the city in no time at all. The rooms are a good size and the breakfast delicious. The beds are so comfortable and the service is great!

The only problem is that the way to the public transport station is difficult to walk down to the station and on the way back very hard as you have to climb... we took always a taxi to go back after visiting the beautiful town of oslo.
