Feels like home

Its was a very short stay for us, just one night but we were welcomed very warmly by the host. We requested an extra mattress for one of the kids and it was provided without any problems. Very cozy place. It feels like home there.

We were welcome by Luc, who has been very nice and helpful. The location of the Auberge is very convenient (right next to the road). The facilities are clean and bright, the kitchen is well furnished and there was plenty of ustensiles to cook. The beds are VERY comfortable (we slept so well !), and the bathroom was clean. The walls are thin, and it is probably the only negative point about the Auberge. Thank again Luc for receiving us !

One of the best customer service I have ever received. Both the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We went there much early but without making a lot of fuss they understood that we had traveled long and so they accommodated with early check-in. The hotel was very clean. We also played pool while we came back to rest up. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone go to Quebec city.

We had expected a nice hotel but this very much exceeded our expectations. We were personally greeted and given a tour. The tour included the facilities in our room and all the accessible areas which included a lounge with TV, pool table, tables, and kitchen. The kitchen included all sorts of useful things plates, cups, tea and coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. There was a little park area that we could’ve walked to outside for breakfast. And they had a little lamp turned on outside our door. Wonderful experience, I wish we had stayed here our entire trip.

Beware of staircase

This auberge was disappointing. We arrived at night, and the service felt disorganized and a bit rude. The beds were uncomfortable, and there was a very strong perfume smell, which gave us headaches. The room had an ac but it was not attached, so the room was very hot and uncomfortable. After we checked out in the morning, I fell down the stairs at the side of the auburge and hurt myself pretty bad. The stairs felt unsafe and I wasn’t surprised when I hurt myself. Would not recommend.

Trop cher pour ce que c'est : pas de clim, lit et surtout douche riquiqui, propreté très moyenne (mouches dans la chambre, couvre-lit sale), même pas de télé. Accueil très gentil mais ça suffit pas!
