The stay was great no issues checking in and checking out was a breeze ! However if you use the shuttle be aware that it makes several stops to other hotels right before your destination. Overall room was extremely clean and very comfortable for my family of 7.

We had to find a budget friendly room for one night before staying at a Disney resort. This hotel offered free breakfast and free on-site parking. Check-in was easy and the beds were actually very comfortable. We didn’t hear any noise from adjacent rooms either. Breakfast was ok for the price (cereal, muffins, scrambled eggs, waffles, fruit, etc…).

Take some customer service lessons...
The stay was ok, though the breakfast was not as expected, and not in a good way. Also, the last night of our stay the hotel had no hot water. We all had to take cold showers. There was no apology for the inconvenience, nor reciprocation, "not our fault the boiler went down". We will not stay here again, simply for the nonchalant way they treated the problem and their customers.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Area was nice and clean. Bathtub could use a new coat of porcelain. The light above the bathroom mirror had 2 different kinds of light bulbs, making the lighting strange. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels! There is graffiti on the shed by the pool.
