Hotel room was clean but needs updating. Shower was tiny and difficult to use. Breakfast was limited.

The fridge did not work, even after reporting it in the arrival. The Air condicioner stopped working correctly the second day. Bad Staff response who did not accept the problem… then did nothing about it. Considered even sleeping at the Lobby. Will Never stay again.

Tren istasyonuna ve gezilecek tarihi yerlere çok yakın. Odaları biraz küçük. Kaldığımız odada banyo yenilenmişti. Fakat yatakları çok kötü. Tekli yatakları birleştirerek çift kişilik yatak oluşturmuşlar. Sürekli birbirlerinden ayrılıyor ve ses çıkartıyorlar.

Tutto ok sia nell accoglienza, sia nel fatto che avevo chiesto 2 letti singoli e sono stato accontentato. Il bagno era piccolo ma molto pulito...l unico suggerimento è di mettere qualcosa in doccia per poggiare bagnoschiuma ecc senza dover mettere tutto per terra. Poi era senza bidet...importante per noi italiani:):) ma normale per molti stranieri...quindi è un osservazione relativa dal mio punto di vista

Hotel pequeñito pero con todos los servicios. Habitación de tamaño adecuado, con armario, mantas y almohadas de más. Baño con ducha, toallero calefactable y secador. Habitación limpia. Cerca de los principales atractivos de la ciudad. Personal amable.

We arrived early, before check-in. The hotel staff was helpful to let us store our bags and review a map with us for good restaurant choices. The staff was always very polite and helpful. We appreciated the free water bottles at the reception, plus good coffee and snacks. Great location, just down the street from the train station and walking distance to all of the tourist sites. Very clean and spacious room. We made a perfect choice for a hotel in Florence.
