Funky spot in South Beach. Felt cool but budget. They could move the pool table to make it usable 😆 Easy walk to beach and tasty restaurants. If you're noise sensitive you will want earplugs and a eye mask for light.

Great location. Staff very unhelpful
I really wanted to like this place, But the staff was so unhelpful. Rooms have not been cleaned in a very long time. M My luggage was covered with dust bunnies upon leaving. The location is fantastic

Little gem with great courtyard.
Great place to stay in Miami beach that was affordable. Location was perfect to walk around, and bus stop just across the road. My wife love the Starbucks was less than a 5 minute walk.
Court yard with pool was one of the best I have ever enjoyed.
Be forewarned, our room let in a lot of outside noise. Traffic, music...

As a solo traveler it was nice to be in a 4 person room with peace and quiet. The New Year’s Eve party was a surprise so i definitely enjoyed that.

great location and pool
This is not your typical hostle. the commonareas are shared by 3 restaurants. The parking is a royal pain in the butt if you drive here. They dont have any parking or parking passes so you have to park public which requires you to renew every three hours for the duration of the trip. the room was fine but my roomates were filthy. The staff was nice about providing towels. I feel like the price was very reasonable for the location.

My stay way only an overnight flight, the hotel was nice outside pool was lovely. Also the front desk lady was nice, they even have a room you can put your belongings into check in. Subway, and market right around the corner. Walking distance 2min.. 10 min away from ocean drive in Uber. However the inside of the hotel is old, my room bedding was dirty, you can tell house keepers don’t do a good job. Other than that nice place to stay.

Great Value and Location
Great location and hotel. It offers both hosel style shared rooms and private rooms and apartments as well.
Only issue I had is that there is no bar open for the majority of the day. Broken Shaker is amazing but doesn’t open till 17:00. With that said seems you can just bring your own drinks in so maybe that’s the option till the bar opens.

I booked this hotel from Expedia. After arriving to the hotel, I could not do the overnight parking nearby. Also the hotel is noisy and felt unsafe. So I gave it up without checking in to this hotel and was able to find a vert nice hotel nearby with a comparable price. I hope Expedia can reevaluate quality of this hotel and to be more responsible to customers.

Speaker for bar is right outside my room, it’s loud and sounds like someone is thumping on a bass drum right under my bed. The parking situation is horrible. Can only pay for three hours at a time so I have to wake up at midnight to pay for parking (you have to pay between 9am and 3am). I’m sure there’s a targeted customer who would like this place. The rest is ok. Nice enough room, nice staff and clean.

Seriously, save your money.!!
There is a perfect reason why there is not a picture of the front of the hotel. Horrible. The only nice thing is the courtyard restaurant area.I get there in the front desk, girl seem clueless. I know they don’t have parking but the ad says there’s parking $60 a day. She doesn’t even know where that’s at. I had to go find my own parking which I end up paying $90 for the whole day which is a block over at the AC hotel. There’s a refrigerator in the room. There’s no microwave doesn’t even say on the ad that there’s no microwaves how are you supposed to warm up food the front desk clueless girl says well you can ask the restaurant to warm up your food. How do I look asking a restaurant that sells and cooks food to warm up my outside food that sounds ridiculous. The bed was hard towards the middle and had coils poking through mattress, not in good condition. The ad said, blackout curtains. There are no curtains. They’re just blinds and allow the light to come through. There’s no way to cover the light from outside. They say noise cancellation they put my room right above the entrance to the restaurant and all I hear until 12 AM. Noise from the restaurant and music from across the way. The rooms were not noise, cancellation or baffling. I had to buy earplugs to block out the noise.
