It was noisy from the streets. The blackout curtains were effective. I didn't always love that housekeeping would show up early, but they made sure my room was clean everyday which I appreciated.

For a budget option this was perfect. Close to the parks. The breakfast was minimal but sufficient. A Jack in the Box is located immediately outside the door as another option. I was surprised at the cleanliness of the room. I don't expect luxury when booking a budget friendly option but this was very good for the amount paid.
