Tired room

The bed was good with brilliant white sheets and pillow cases. The room was a satisfactory size and convenient. Unfortunately, the room is a bit tired. The lament flooring between the shower and tub was peeling off, there was hair on the floor of the shower, the carpet not throughly vacuumed and a lamp had been left unplugged after vacuuming. For the excellent room rate, I’d put up with the negatives again.

Pictures look so much better than the actual condition. It’s an old lodge. Service was poor and we were given a room that was very far from the reception. We had all our luggages with us and we were given too far away room that we needed to walk snd reception staff was not helpful. Service was poor too.

Communication with the hotel was impossible. Therefore, the shuttle service was unavailable. Very costly stay for such inconvenience. Price was twice what it will be in two weeks for the next possible. Feel gouged!

Really old and dirty.

Everything was old and dirty . You don’t have to be super expensive to have the place well maintain. The smell of the room make me have a headache right away so I ask for a change of room and the 670 was even worst.

Don't go here unless you have to

The room smelled terrible, like a combination of mildew and a dirty ash tray. The carpet was stained. I had to sleep with a mask on because of the smell. The front desk never picked up the phone. The furniture was depressing. The plaster in the bathroom was crumbling. But the bed was comfortable.

If you can afford to stay elsewhere, I suggest you do. This Travelodge is a real dump, in addition to being creepy, run down, and with terrible customer service.
