We loved our room, oceanfront with Jacuzzi on rooftop. We are definitely thinking of going back next year. Only issue was we felt some pressure for the travel club. Will not do that next time though. Food was standard, we are not picky so was good enough. Overall the hotel was nice, people were nice, and we felt safe.

Overall great resort! Although, I would rate it a 4 stars and not 5 stars. The resort shows a lot of wear and tear and should be a bit more clean. Pool water was a bit too cold. But otherwise, really good restaurants and really good staff. We enjoyed our experience but would not return.

Ocean El Faro was amazing I would definitely come back again. My host Jose Miguel was awesome he checked in on me everyday making sure I had everything i needed for a comfortable stay, he even helped me make all my reservations for the restaurants. He was great.
