Our stay was excellent. Great atmosphere and staff were so welcoming. Had a free drink on arrival which made the wait for check in so pleasant and started on a great note. Thank you so much - great central location and fun atmosphere.

It was Nice!
This was a nice stay. They had a food court that was actually really tasty. The place wasn’t too smokey. It was located close enough to fun things that we didn’t even need a car service for the first two days.

Amazing renovated room. Ambient lighting very nice upgrade. Pool day worked out, only 70 degree day with no wind that week.

First time staying at MGM. Location was great for us. Lots of dining options there plus much more just a quick walk outside. Biggest complaint was the tower we stayed in only had a few working elevators due to construction I believe so took forever getting to and from room. Also got woke up at 8am from what I believe to be maintenance workers doing something right by our room. Overall was a good stay except for a few inconveniences.

Over charged
First we learned valets was $40 a day and garage was $2 a day. Pool fees $50 a day and only had one pool open we paid over $200+ for all that for 4 day. Also water in room was $22 a bottle*. Room and restaurant we nice. For prices would not stay again

Front desk failed to mentioned self parking was covered with room key, paid of out pocket for parking and never refunded. Ordered a king room and for some reason was given a 2 queen bed room.

A weekend away from the rain
I had a recently refreshed room in the Grand Tower. Clean, comfortable, spacious. (Could use a little more water pressure in the shower ;) Easy access to the monorail. Okay restaurants. Always felt safe and secure inside the casino.
