Lovely spot

Lovely little inn that is located above a restaurent. You have to travel to another location to get your keys. It is also not mentioned but you have access to their pool. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I will never ever rent here again. 1- you have to check-in at another hotel to get your key and return it; 2- the bathroom sink completely rusted and water taps in poor condition; 3-bathtubs are grubby ; 4- dispensers empty. The exterior is not plowed neither are the walkways to the rooms . Zero service at location it looks deserted; I wrote 3 times with questions and received absolutely NO REPLY. I EVEN CALLED NO REPLY AGAIN. HORRIBLE PLACE.

We couldnt stay there as they gave us a room on second floor. No reception desk property desserted had to go to Manoir then no one knew the lay out of hotel. I wond up wuth no where to stay. Plus I had just oaid. The person at the desk had no authority to refund me. We had to wait the following day to have only a partial refund as the computer wouldnt allow it then had to keep in touch to get the rest of the refund. I was offer to stay at their hotel instead having to pay much more and gaving to take a roomcfor a few days and from there to have to move to different room firctge rest of our stay. Please do yourself a favor check in the comfort in in St Georges was very welcoming. No one wants to have nowhers to stay after travelling for 11 hours from Nova Scotia to QuĂšbec.

Com, 1er il n'y avait pas de rĂ©ception, un papier indique qu'il faut aller Ă  un autre hĂŽtel situe a quelques kilometres pour obtenir notre clef, soit le Manoir Etchemin, vu l'absence de services de base sur place au Happy logis, on a demandĂ© si on pouvait changer pour loger Ă  l'hotel Etchemin oĂč on doit recuperer la clef pour la chambre au Happy logis? Elle n'a pas voulu modifier notre rĂ©servation. On a dĂ» en prendre notre parti arrivĂ©es Ă  la chambre, entrĂ©e extĂ©rieure obstruĂ©e par massif de plantes qui bloquait le passage pour atteindre la porte de notre chambre, a l'intĂ©rieur, trous dans le mur au dessus des lits, difficultĂ© Ă  obtenir eau chaude, seulement un petit filet, en plus pas de chaines de tv, seulement pu visionner TVA., c'est tout en plus aucun loquet de sĂ©curitĂ© intĂ©rieur. On a meme pas pris notre douche , endroit qui a grand besoin d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©. Tres déçue, c'est la 1ere fois depuis le nombre d 'annĂ©es que j'utilise cette application , d'avoir Ă©tĂ© bernee par des Ă©valuations bidons impossible de coter 8 cet endroit.
