This was a great stay. Staff were very friendly, fast check-in, room/bathroom comfortable and clean, dining area and hot buffet breakfast were wonderful. The hotel is in a very convenient area and close proximity to retail shopping, stores and restaurants. It was appreciated the building is well secured for guests. This Holiday Inn was conveniently located and easy to get to. The fellow at the front desk, Cesar, was extremely pleasant and professional and accommodating. The beds were out-of-this-world comfortable, the room was quiet, HVAC functioned well, everything nice and clean. My only criticism of the room was that the furniture was getting a little shabby and would be a good candidate for an upgrade. On a side note, there was a heavy growth of poison ivy near the parking lot, but it's unclear if it's on the hotel's property or the neighbor's.
