Ad on line says there is a pool and that you get free light breakfast. Found out when we arrived ( a six hour trip from home), that parts of it were under construction. So, pool not available. Sign on check in desk said they were not serving breakfast " at this time". We also always get a room with a bathtub. It had a tub, but no plug so you could get a bath. I asked at desk, she checked and said they had no plugs. I asked for extra wash clothes to try to "stuff and plug" the drain. The young lady on duty was very nice and tried her best to help. Very unsatisfied with the stay. Also no light on nightstand on my side of the bed. I am a reader so this was not good. No telephone in the rooms any more????

First time checking in , going up to my assigned room , there was someone in the bed. Door keys didn’t work , locks was faulty. A staff member that worked there was helpful , helped us get in our room but he said that the place should be closed down.
