Clean, quiet and modern facilities. Close to the airport and close enough to walk to restaurants. Appreciate the ‘free’ shuttle which isn’t actually free, you pay twice. In the resort fee and in the tip. The deposit required is excessive, and can take a month to reappear after check out.

Outstanding hotel

Hotel was outstanding! Clean, very comfortable bed and linens. Had a small issue with hot water in the morning but they fixed it very quickly. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

LA 2025, 10 day stay

The Sonesta LAX was absolutely beautiful. The customer service was impeccable, which included Maria at front desk, Aracely, housekeeper, Antonia, and Luis Amezcua. They made us feel right at home in our 10 day stay there. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to stay there again.

Airport shuttle was good and front desk people were good. My tv did not work properly and I had to plug in the refrigerator. Also you say you have 4 restaurant's, you really only have 1 full service restaurant, and it was really expensive.

Stayed for a night

My wife and I stayed for one night before heading out of LAX. The room looked out toward the airport, but the windows are very thick, possibly double-pane so the room was surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed sitting at the bar and having dinner there. Nice staff and food was good.
