Spacious rooms, clean hotel
Our family recently stayed and we couldn't be more pleased with the location. It's within walking distance to grocery stores and a variety of restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. The proximity to the Twinbrook Metro Station is a huge plus, as it provides direct access to Washington, D.C. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with great amenities. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone visiting the area!

A better me!!
I’ve stayed at this hotel before but it was several years ago. Honestly, it encourages you to want to be fit, with all its inspirational signs, which are also in the staircase…Inhave zero complaints outside one of the elevators wasn’t working. Staff was wonderful, neighborhood is amazing, so many food options, stores and the convenience of the 270 & 495 being right there is an added bonus.

The rooms are comfortable and the king bed room has lots of open space for exercising. The last three times that I have stayed, only one of the two elevators has been in service. Fortunately, they are pretty big, so several people are able to get in at a time. Front desk is very nice, and well informed about the area.

The room was very clean. Having said that, the bathtub needs work: it is discolored. Overall, it was a nice room at a good price. The one negative was that one of the two elevators was out of service & there was a very long wait for the one that was running. Then when it came, the cleaning lady was on the elevator with the cart so we couldn't get in & had to wait again. Very annoying.

Good hotel, but issues booking rooms for disabled
The rooms were good and clean. The disabled access was a problem. I booked it, but we didn't get it - for some reason, it showed in the reservation as hearing access (?), when it wasn't even an option at booking. This made the check-in process very long, and two seriously disabled persons in our group were very uncomfortable. Finally, the management found us the appropriate rooms, the management was really nice and helpful. But the booking process does have issues.

Contemporary Grace and convenience
The property was renovated well with fresh colors and clean contemporary colors and appointments. It had a spacious, airy aesthetic all the basic needs without overdoing it and I had a great plush king bed. The people at the front desk gave great customer service was friendly listened to rent in to your needs and responded appropriately. And in the end the price was definitely right it was surprising how low and reasonable because was. And it was only two blocks away from the metro station which I used to get back and forth from Union station as well as my event at the Strathmore. It was very convenient.
