Big Room. Nice location.

Room is spacious. Location is good. You can walk to convention center for about 6 minutes. 10 minutes walk to see the beautiful view of ocean. Scan your key, it takes directly to your floor. It also has a nice restaurant for a good breakfast. A few minutes walk to light rail station.

Friendly, helpful, able to get us rooms nearby each other without being too close. Lobby was a popular hang out, friendly patrons. Good snack area with self checkout. The restaurant and lounge only stay open until 10pm so we weren’t able to partake. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was soft an amazing, i slept like a dream. The shower was great, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The shampoos, soaps, and lotions were pleasant fragrance and a good supply to the room.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. The beds were super comfy, the room was updated and clean. The location is amazing. Just a short walk to Pike Place Market. The pillows were too big and firm for my liking, but aside from that, this place is a 10.

We stayed in a suit and the two rooms were of different quality. The extra room was worn down and there was a lot of noise from the corridor. There was no kettle in the room, only a coffee machine. Breakfast was not included but on the day we tried it we were satisfied, especially since it was free for children. The location is very convenient

I took the Light Rail from the airport to the Symphony stop, as the front desk said it was the flattest route. However, going up multiple hills while pulling heavy bags wasn’t fun. The first room key didn’t work and shared a wall with the elevators. However, the front desk kindly switched my room (likely an upgrade) at no extra cost.
