4/10 Poor

I think the decor was good but when I got my room the tv didn't work and it always smelled like pot.
Dale, 4-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Unsafe due to crime taking place in the building . This is not a hotel it’s a low income housing .
Trevor, 7-night trip

8/10 Good

This hotel seems to have been recently renovated. And is super clean! Front desk staff was super friendly, security cameras everywhere. Bed could have been better. Area around the hotel is kinda sketchy. Fast access to downtown, broadway, or the airport. It did seem like there are 4 or 5 rooms on the side we stayed in that had people staying long term. They had houshold belongings setting on the sidewalk outside their respective doors. That made me very uncomfortable. All in all a good, clean place for a reasonable price.
Charlotte, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Not able to check in, lobby closed after 11pm, just went to the hotel across the street
Edyta, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

The location is quite noisy, the side on which we stayed was. The bedding indicated is not queen size, it was double and old school spring base, so much noise 🙄 Public transport options limited. Rooms a good size with unstocked kitchenette. Clean bathroom
Fiona, 4-night trip

2/10 Terrible

There was mold growing on the wall behind the side table, and I took pictures. I have a terrible cough and a sore throat I’m requesting payment in full
Savannah Star, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Not a bad place to stay. I was woken up several times a 3 or 4 am by kids running around and adults talking loud from nearby room. Pets barking in the night as well.
Wade, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Staff were friendly and check in was easy. Room was pleasant. Everything worked as it should. No complaints
Jessica, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

We only stayed here one night out of our 7 day stay. It was unclean, unsafe and the advertising from Expedia was not correct. The pool was disgusting as seen on the photo. We left the hotel and had to pay another hotel for the remainder of the 6 nights in Nashville. Expedia needs to remove this long term/low income housing place off the choices list for Nashville.
Michelle Therese, 7-night trip

2/10 Terrible

DO NOT BOOK HERE! This hotel was falsely advertised on Expedia. We were in unsafe situations at this hotel. We would not want anyone to be put in these situations. The swimming pool was not clean and full of slime and algae. Rooms were not clean, doors weren’t locking, bugs, baseboards coming off ect. This hotel is a permanent living facility. We had to leave for our safety and pay to book a new hotel for the week. This hotel should not be listed on Expedia for everyone’s safety.
Sarah, 7-night trip

8/10 Good

This hotel is an old hotel that has been recently updated but with the use of cheap materials lol Staff was pretty friendly, but I had to go back to the main lobby to get my key card changed and worked on three different times which was aggravating It was not a bad hotel overall, but the doors looked like they have been beat in by the FBI at time two lol there were gaps, but other than all the beds were comfortable. The shower was hot and it was a real quiet sleep.
sherman, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The room was clean the parking lot was close to room . The desk service was helpful and quick . The Irish pub next door was excellent. Free hot coffee in the morning in lobby . Road access to parkways is close Only think small pillows on the bed there not queen size . That’s it
Neal, 1-night trip

I have been charged extra $128 and they say it wasn’t but it is showing on my account and has money frozen
Tony, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

air conditioning was not working room was 85 degrees … they refused to refund my money .. I had to book another room for the night. Talked to the manager today who was not there and they said the ac was working and they would not be refunding. They were not there an have no idea the state of the room.. garbage hotel .. groups of people outside as the 90 degree outside was cooler plus they were getting stoned low end hotel terrible conditions in a trashy area avoid this property like the plague
Alan, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

I came late, personnel mentioned that room was given to a different client because it is pass midnight and that I would be charged cancellation fees. It was late night after 16 hour drive from NYC and I had to drive around to find me a room in a different hotel. Horrible experience as nobody called or notified me via email or text.
Tarek, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Checked in and as I was driving around to the building my room was in I became very uneasy. There were people outside, and definitely some drug activity going on. Called the front desk to ask for a refund due to feeling unsafe and they only gave me half because they “had to” charge me for the first night even though all I did was walk in and walk out. Do not stay here, it’s not a safe area. After further investigation there was another person who couldn’t get an uber back to their hotel due to the area.
Sydni, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

no hot water one day. attendant just said "sorry".
Richard, 3-night trip

2/10 Terrible

They overbooked the entire hotel so when we went to check in they said they had no rooms available and double booked our room. They said it was because they changed booking systems over a month ago, but we reserved the hotel a week ago so you would think the errors in the system would be fixed by now. Our reservation also showed on their system so we are not sure why they would not call in advanced since they could see all the rooms were double booked. Luckily we were able to stay at a hotel across the street after driving 10 hours and finding out we had no room to stay in. Very unfortunate experience.
Shawn, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

A very special place

The rooms are charmingly designed with the Music City in mind. Showers are hot. Rooms are clean. And the gym is exceptional. The best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. Go out and enjoy as much Hot Chicken and American BBQ as you like, then work it off back at the hotel. The best part of Hillside Crossing, however, is the staff. The entire crew here are wonderful. Special shout out to Robert and Angel for going above and beyond, and for just being so friendly to deal with the entire time.
Shayne, 6-night trip

2/10 Terrible

They overbooked the hotel, we show up to check in after having this reservation for 4 weeks and they gave our room away due to overbooking. It’s a busy weekend so we spent the next three hours finding a hotel that was even further away from where we needed to be. Seen a HUGE cockroach crawling up the wall in the lobby. Disappointed to say the least.
Courtney, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Staff posted a notice saying that they were not available in the lobby from 10pm-6am and to call a number for further assistance. I arrived after 10am and was not able to check in. I called the number which went to voicemail with a notification that the mailbox was full. I was unable to get in contact with anyone. I paid for a room which I was unable to use.
Denis-Jean, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Arrived later in day. Pleasant front desk clerk said a change over of computer systems made it difficult to find reservation. Entire group had feeling of being unsafe. After dropping bags & going to supper and entertainment next door, seated at patio furniture, witnessed a lady behaving erratically. Observed an suspicious exchange in the parking lot between a man on a motor bike and a person in an black vehicle. Some door locks broken on main floor of Building 4. No front desk staff after 11pm when we went to report. Pushed furniture in front of the door at night. All woken in the early morning by another lady screaming at a departing male about sexual acts. Attempts are made to keep area tidy but the floors were very dirty, accumulated dust in some areas, shower not clean. In a.m., noticed people living there in "rental" style-could see an accumulation of belongings inside and1st floor rooms had regular sized fridges. 1 person in our party approached to buy drugs. Pool was green and slimy-not swimmable. Online pictures misrepresent the state of this establishment. Each of the 4 couples went to report and asked to speak with manager. We're told manager away. Left after only one night. Still trying to get a refund or credit from the hotel. Expedia staff has been good. 2 positives - gym was impressive for this locale(didn't stay to use) & it was located next to the restaurant with good food and music.
