Absolutely Horrible Experience!
Arrived at hotel about 9:30, had to wait 30 minutes while they “serviced” a customer. Finally assigned a room. Had to walk clear around a bar to a freestanding building nowhere near the lobby. Walked up 3 flights of stairs because there are no elevators at all, only to find our door wide open, all the lights on, and the bed looked like it had been slept in. Called the front desk and was told to come back and they would assign us another room. Had to lug all of our belongings back to the lobby because things looked a little sketchy being right beside a bar. Got to the lobby and they had a card ready for us, in the same building. When I asked if we could get a room that was attached to the lobby, we were told that only the freestanding building had 2 beds in a room. Went all the way back to the building and had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. The door was locked and lights were off, but when we got into the room, we looked at the chair and there was a butt print if baby powder on the chair. We had reserved 3 nights and pre-paid through Expedia as part of a flight package. Contacted Expedia to try and cancel the reservation. Got that process started. Checked out the next morning and told the receptionist what had happened. She apologized and assured us that we would get a refund for the remainder of our trip. They refused the refund 10 days after the trip. Very unsafe conditions.
