Great stay
We had a great experience with our stay. We were traveling with our 1 year old son and asked for an early check-in and instead they upgraded our room to a suite on the first floor since two of the three elevators were down. This was conveniently located right near the pool and outdoor seating area. The staff was very nice and responsive. Highly recommend.

First day 2 lifts were broken, no one informed about this at check in, second day all the lifts were broken, not a word from anyone to apologize. Difficult to understand how could they keep the hotel open under this condition. Difficult to understand how they could not the lifts fixed in the US. Excellent 3 day stay.
From arrival and throughout our stay Noah was exceptional at checking in with us to make sure everything was going well. Beautiful room and facility. Live music at the pool area was a nice bonus. The beds and pillows were super comfy and having bottled water provided was a nice touch. Entire building was clean. Saw one small cockroach - don’t like that, but know it’s common anywhere like Florida. Only one elevator was only a very minor inconvenience. We never waited more than a minute or two. Overall a great experience. Would recommend and stay here again next time in Tampa.
