Overall it was average. Customer service should improve. They charged a deposit and take forever to return it. Good points, location is great, by the airport and if you decide to skip breakfast, you can get an uber and there’s many breakfast locations near by.

It was fine. Lobby was clean and nice. Room was a bit shabby. Lights didn’t work and plug on bathtub was broken. Fine for a stay before a flight.

Facilities are awful , dirty and outdated. We didn’t want to shower, they only had less than 15% of one toilet paper roll. Didn’t know you had to ask for it at front desk. I would have rather slept on my car rental.

stayed here about 8 years ago - the place was run down then but Ok. This time we had handicap rooms - bed were good - the bathroom was terrible. One light worked out of 3. the shower wand was ok pressure was poor and you couldn't put it out because the holder was broken. the sink filled with water not because it was closed. There were parts of something in and on the tub. This place needs lots of maintenance won't stay here again..
