The room I got was not the room in the picture when I booked but it was nice but not worth the money I paid. I would stay there again but in a cheaper room.

Double charged

Hotel and staff was fantastic way better than the Intercontinental. However upon check in the staff charged me for the stay even tho I had already paid in full through hotels.com, the 900$ charge ruined my vacation, that was half of my spending money, it will take up to 7 days to get my refund. The situation as of now seems resolved but I guess il know up to 7 days later to see if I get my refund. Overall it was a negative experience and very frustrating.

We stayed here for a wedding over the weekend and really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel! It has such a great area for meeting with friends in the lobby by the bar! Loved the Starbucks cafe! And loved how close and convenient it was to so many things!
