Really simple check-in. Did have to pay a bit over $40 a night for parking but they will add that into your final charges, and the pass activates the exit so you can come and go as needed. We went to visit D.C. and once we got a hang of how the lanes work, the trip over was simple. Some small restaurants nearby and fast food, convenient mart. Overall, ideal location and very friendly staff.

Under construction but made the best of it!

The roads in the area around the hotel in Crystal City are heavily under construction so it was tricky finding the entrance into the hotel through their garage. And, the hotel is also under construction so it was a little hectic getting through the hotel. But, once inside, the staff went out of their way to give as much eonderful customer service as possible. I would have liked more lights in our room, but it was comfortable.

Phone number doesn't work

I was never able to get someone to answer the phone at the front desk. My flight was delayed and I couldn't checkin after midnight so I had to get a room at a nother hotel. Do not recommend this place at all. Wish I could get a refund. $180 down the drain.

Great Hotel stay… Hotels.com not so much this time

The hotel stay was great. The outside & some of the inside lobby was undergoing renovation. The garage to park was hidden by traffic barriers so we had to do a u-turn to get into the garage but once found wasn’t a problem. The room was very nice & breakfast was good too. The one problem I had was with hotels.com. I got the ‘upgrade’ for wifi included with a foood/beverage credit for which the hotel did not see the food/bev credit on the account. I couldn’t talk to a live person at hotels.com to resolve the problem so the hotel made up some of the difference. The stay itself was great, comfortable, good bar, nice helpful front desk, covered parking, and very close to a metro station. On the other hand, Hotels.com dropped the ball on their ‘upgrade’!!
