The location was great! I was disappointed that I didn’t get any VIP perks especially since I was staying 8 nights. The same thing happened to my friend. Wish they accommodated us more being that we had a long stay. Felt some of the staff was unable to help much since they were unsure when we asked some questions. We also let them know ahead of time that we were arriving on an early flight and gave them a heads up that we would show up earlier and asked if there was any possibility for an earlier check in. It seemed we were an inconvenience for arriving earlier and after kindly asking, my friend got an earlier check in but I had to wait until the later afternoon. Just wish there was more consideration for two people who booked rooms for such a long stay and spent a good amount of money there.

Hyggelig boutique- hotell sentralt i Stockholm. Ble oppgradert til en mini- suite, nydelig og stort rom. Anbefales!

Otroligt oväsen på natten
Väldigt vacker miljö, inte minst i matsalen. God frukost. Vackert rum med skön säng och bra sängkläder. Älskade kristallkronan ovanför sängen! Rent och prydligt. Det stora problemet var att det var ett sådant fruktansvärt oväsen på natten. Jag hade bett om ett lugnt rum och fick därför ett rum mot innergården (rum 302) men där förde någon restaurang ett väldigt buller. Jag är ändå rätt tålig. Det finns inte en chans att hotellet inte känner till detta. De var vänliga och slog av 20% på priset som kompensation men jag kommer inte tillbaka. Rum mot gatan har tydligen minst lika mycket oväsen.
