The elevator I was on got stuck. I was in it for 10 minutes before maintenance got me out. They could have offered me something (breakfast voucher, drink), but only water. The safety lock on my room door was missing the other half, so it was useless. The AC in my room was loud and did not cool very well. The area is good, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but overall not a good experience.

The added breakfast option is well worth it. The service at both the front desk & restaurant were great. Everyone was super friendly. I felt safe in the area, as it was convenient to all the areas of the city I needed to visit. I would definitely stay here again. Oh yeah...Dove soap products in the rooms, nice.

Was in town to visit my Mother. Her care facility was within a few months. The hotel was nice and clean, but the bed was too soft for me. There was no microwave in the room but the fridge worked great!

Room was small and not near as updated as the main entrance. The place looks awesome when you arrive. The headboard of the bed was on the same wall as the elevator and you could hear it plainly every time it was used. It was used much more than I would have ever thought,all hours of the night.
