Room was 77 degrees and I had to have maintenance come to fix. I requested late Checkout at same time of reservation and they refused to accommodate. The supposed restaurant was a bar with about 9 food items in total and one server. If it weren’t for Nicole the bar would have been shut down immediately. There wasn’t enough food and so many complained how rundown it was.

The pictures on the site does the hotel a lot of justice the room was not up to par for the price there was blood stains on our sheets (pictures attached) the knob on the bathroom sink was broke, the air vent to the room rattled all night making a loud noise and hard to sleep, the night lamps in between both beds didn’t work and the hotel itself smelled like a basement. Not to mention there was no microwave or mini frig in the room just one in the lobby for the entire hotel. I was very disappointed with my stay and the staff seemed to careless

TRASH HOTEL!
Second time staying at this hotel but this experience was the absolute worst hotel experience I think I’ve ever had. The room was not the cleanest. The bed sheets/ covers were obviously not changed because there was someone’s hair still all over the bed pillows. The room drawers still had stuff from previous guests inside of them. My do not disturb sign was removed from my door twice. I notified the front desk after the first time because it was completely taken away the 2nd time it was slid under my door. Very suspicious. Sunday morning day of check out my family’s sleep was disturbed by a fire alarm that was pulled on our floor. Causing us to run down 20 flights in the stairway only to be told not by the hotel but by other guests that it was a false alarm. My fiancé fell and hurt her back through that process. After that happened I was officially done. That was cherry on top of a terrible 2 night stay. Still haven’t received the deposit back and it’s been two days since we checked out. No other hotel has held my deposit that long and we’ve been to 5 last year. They were all a much more pleasant and safer experience then the one I had at the Park Hotel at Meadowlands. I highly doubt we will be returning. No breakfast offered only Starbucks which is served to the public so it’s always a crowd not even worth going. No free onsite parking you have to pay or they will tow your car away. Avoid this place if possible.

Honest hotel
this is my first time giving a review in one hotel. A very nice hotel, very nice location, and a very honest staff JULIE FELICIANO (she deserves an employee of the month recognition). I live in california after 5 days of east coast tour, i just found out that my iPad was missing, i called sfo airport they said none.but when i called sheraton meadowlands hotel, julie answered the phone and when i asked about my iPad she said "YES" right away and i asked if they could ship it to me she said YES right away. And of course the housekeeping that clean our room thank you, you are so honest and trustworthy. You and JULIE deserves an award. thank you so much julie for your kind assistance 'til it shipped.i highly recommended this hotel;)
